The invention discloses a high-stability hoisting rebar fixing device for foundation pile hoisting. The device comprises a top beam. Mounting lugs are fixedly connected to the two sides of the lower end of the top beam correspondingly, U-shaped blocks are arranged on the outer sides of the two mounting lugs correspondingly, and rotating shafts which are fixedly connected with the U-shaped blocks are arranged on the U-shaped blocks in a penetrating mode. The rotating shafts penetrate through the mounting lugs and are rotationally connected with the mounting lugs, and the lower ends of the two U-shaped blocks are connected with supporting mechanisms.
