The invention provides a magnetic force adjustable grinding wall-climbing robot and a using method, the magnetic force adjustable grinding wall-climbing robot comprises a wall-climbing trolley, a lifting type grinding device and an adjustable adsorption device, the lifting is that the grinding device can be switched between a working state and a non-working state through height adjustment, and meanwhile, the magnetic attraction force of the adjustable adsorption device is adjusted through lifting, so that the grinding device can be adjusted to be in a non-working state. The grinding work and the magnetic attraction force adjustment are integrally designed and are realized at the same time, the robot structure is optimized, and the weight is reduced; and the movement flexibility and the adsorption stability of the wall-climbing robot are improved.
