The invention discloses a vehicle axle load determination method, device, equipment and system.The scheme is suitable for a multi-axle balance axle trailing arm type suspension vehicle, and the method comprises the steps that firstly, a pre-configured first function expression is used for mapping an actual stroke measurement value at an axle into a first axle load estimation value of the axle; afterwards, the balance characteristic of the balance bridge is utilized, namely, the axle loads of the two axles belonging to the same balance bridge are uniformly distributed, and the average value of the first axle load estimated values of the two axles belonging to the same balance bridge serves as the second axle load estimated value of the two axles; and finally, the axle load value of each axle is determined according to the second axle load estimation value of each axle, so that a dynamic axle load estimation task of the target vehicle is realized, more accurate vehicle axle load data is determined, and a more accurate control basis can be provided for vehicle control.

    本申请公开了一种车辆轴荷确定方法、装置、设备及系统,该方案适用于多轴平衡桥纵臂式悬架车辆,首先利用预配置的第一函数表达式,将车轴处的实际行程测量值映射成该车轴的第一轴荷估计值;之后,利用平衡桥的平衡特性,即属于同一平衡桥的两个车轴的轴荷呈均匀分布,将属于同一平衡桥的两个车轴的第一轴荷估计值的平均值,作为这两个车轴的第二轴荷估计值;最终依据各个车轴的第二轴荷估计值确定各个车轴的轴荷值,实现了目标车辆的动态轴荷估计任务,确定出了更为准确的车辆轴荷数据,可以为车辆控制提供更准确的控制依据。
