The invention discloses a damping-adjustable hydro-electric energy feedback suspension system and a control method thereof, and the system comprises a hydraulic subsystem which is used for providing a hydraulic damping force value which can be adjusted according to a demand condition, and converting the energy of vertical movement of a suspension into the energy of rotation of a variable displacement hydraulic motor; the energy feedback subsystem is used for recovering vibration energy and storing the vibration energy; and the controller is used for adjusting the damping force output by the liquid electricity energy feedback suspension to realize optimal control. The system is simple in structure and reasonable in design, control work is stable and high in reliability by combining a control method, and the operation stability, smoothness and safety of the vehicle can be improved while energy is saved.

    本发明公开了一种阻尼可调的液电型馈能悬架系统及其控制方法,系统包括:液压子系统:用于提供可根据需求情况调节的液压阻尼力值,将悬架上下运动的能量转化为变排量液压马达旋转的能量;馈能子系统:用于回收振动能量,并将所述振动能量进行存储;控制器:用于调节液电馈能悬架输出的阻尼力,实现最优控制。本发明系统结构简单,设计合理,结合控制方法使控制工作稳定、可靠性高,在节约能源的同时可提高车辆操稳性、平顺性和安全性。
