The invention relates to the technical field of switch machines, in particular to an electro-hydraulic switch machine pressure relief and energy absorption device which comprises a main machine part and an auxiliary machine part, the main machine part comprises a high-pressure oil circulation system, an oil cylinder assembly, two spiral devices, two pressure relief valves and two spring energy accumulators, the spiral devices are connected with the pressure relief valves, and the spring energy accumulators are connected with the oil cylinder assembly. The oil cylinder assembly controls the pressure release valve to be opened and closed through the spiral devices, the spiral devices comprise the first spiral device and the second spiral device, and the two spiral devices are completely the same. By arranging the spiral device, the reset time of the valve rod of the hydraulic valve can be delayed, so that the main machine part or the auxiliary machine part of the switch machine can reach the working position within the time of delaying the closing of the pressure release valve, and the problems that the main machine part or the auxiliary machine part arrives first, so that the pressure release time is too early, and the working efficiency is low are solved. And the residual pressure rises under the condition that the motor is shut down. When the main machine and the auxiliary machine are in a static state, the two spring energy storage devices enable oil in the oil pipe to store pressure generated by thermal expansion and cold contraction in a severe environment, and therefore the problem that signals of the switch machine are affected is solved.

    本发明涉及转辙机技术领域,尤其涉及一种电液转辙机泄压及能量吸收装置,包括主机部分和辅机部分,所述主机部分包括高压油循环系统、油缸总成,两个螺旋装置、两个泄压阀和两个弹簧储能器,所述螺旋装置和泄压阀连接,所述油缸总成通过螺旋装置控制泄压阀开启和闭合,所述螺旋装置包括第一螺旋装置和第二螺旋装置,且两个螺旋装置完全相同。本发明通过设置螺旋装置,可以延缓液压阀阀杆的复位时间,进而使转辙机主机部分或者辅机部分都可以在延缓泄压阀关闭的时间里都达到工作位置,从而解决了因为主机或者辅机先到,而引起的泄压时间过早,在电机关闭的情况下余压上升的情况。在主机和辅机在静态状态下,两个弹簧储能器在恶劣环境中使油管内的油因为热胀冷缩产生的压力储存起来,从而解决影响转辙机信号的问题。
