The invention relates to the technical field of electro-hydraulic switch machines, in particular to an electro-hydraulic switch machine pressure relief device which comprises a main machine part and an auxiliary machine part, and the main machine part comprises a bottom plate, a motor, an oil pump, an oil tank, an oil cylinder assembly, a first high-pressure oil pipe and a second high-pressure oil pipe. By arranging the pressure relief adjusting mechanism, the main engine oil cylinder and the auxiliary engine oil cylinder are each provided with an automatic pressure relief mechanism after reaching the designated working position, residual pressure can be automatically relieved no matter whether the main engine or the auxiliary engine reaches the working position firstly or later, and pressure relief valves are instantly opened and closed; therefore, the oil cylinder does not stop working when either the main machine or the auxiliary machine arrives at the designated working position firstly, the phenomenon that the oil cylinder retracts due to excessive pressure when an oil pump stops working is thoroughly avoided, and the situation that a turnout rebounds after being reset due to the excessive pressure of the electro-hydraulic switch machine is avoided.

    本发明涉及电液转辙机技术领域,尤其涉及一种电液转辙机泄压装置,包括主机部分和辅机部分,所述主机部分包括底板、电机、油泵、油箱、油缸总成和第一高压油管、第二高压油管。本发明通过设置泄压调整机构使主机和辅机油缸在到达工作指定位置后自身都有一套自动泄压机构,不管主机还是辅机哪个先到达工作位置还是后到达工作位置最后都会自动把余压卸掉,泄压阀的开启和关闭都是瞬时的,从而使主机或者辅机哪一个先到达工作指定位置,油缸都不会停止工作,这样就彻底解决了油泵已停止工作的状态下油缸因为有余压而产生回缩的现象发生,从而解决了电液转辙机因为余压的问题使道岔在复位后回弹的情况。
