A propulsion system power transmission shaft comprises a basic shaft, work pieces and fixing bolts, the basic shaft and the work pieces are connected and fixed through the fixing bolts, an input flange of the basic shaft is provided with a mounting hole, the mounting hole comprises a force bearing area and a fixing area, and the fixing area is provided with a limiting hole used for fixing of the fixing bolts. The work piece is in a boss shape and comprises a force bearing section and a fixed wing, a reamed hole is formed in the force bearing section, and a stepped hole and a jackscrew hole are formed in the fixed wing and used for matched installation and detachment. Under the scene that some transmission shafts need to be repeatedly used, the transmission shafts cannot be assembled for the second time after being reamed, and new transmission shafts need to be customized again to meet the reaming requirement. The work piece and the basic shaft are combined to form the transmission shaft, only the reamed hole of the work piece needs to be reamed during reaming, when the work piece needs to be reused, the transmission shaft can be redrilled by replacing the work piece, and compared with a transmission shaft body, the work piece is low in cost, short in manufacturing time and easy to replace and has good economic benefits.
