The invention relates to the technical field of electric automobiles, in particular to an automobile driving motor torque response control method and system and an electric automobile. The method comprises the steps that a vehicle control unit (VCU) monitors a traction request signal calculated by a chassis controller (TCS) in real time, and when it is monitored that the traction request signal becomes smaller from the maximum limit value, the traction request signal is sent to the vehicle control unit (TCS); the damping torque request signal is controlled to be closed, and timing is started; before timing reaches a preset time length t, the motor controller MCU responds to a traction request signal calculated by the chassis controller TCS in real time; and after timing reaches a preset time length t, the VCU opens a damping torque request signal, the damping torque request signal is normally output, and the MCU responds to a traction force request signal calculated by the TCS and the damping torque request signal output by the VCU in real time. The invention is used for preventing the vehicle from slipping or shaking.
