The invention discloses a universal intelligent AGV chassis for a service robot. The universal intelligent AGV chassis comprises a base plate, a plurality of supporting stand columns, a plurality of guide wheel sets and a pair of driving wheel sets. Each driving wheel group comprises a bracket, a rocker arm seat, a shock absorber and a driving wheel; the support is arranged on the side, away from the ground, of the base plate. The rocker arm seat is hinged to one side of the bracket; one end of the shock absorber is hinged to one side of the rocker arm seat, and the other end of the shock absorber is hinged to one side of the support. The center of the driving wheel is arranged on a preset part of the rocker arm seat through a fourth rotating shaft. The driving wheels are arranged on the rocker arm seat through the shock absorbers to form a rocker arm support structure, and each driving wheel set is only provided with one shock absorber, so that the cost is reduced, and the shock absorption effect of the shock absorbers on the driving wheels is improved. The position of the damping spring can be adjusted on the damper so as to adapt to different weights of various upper computers; in addition, the guide wheel set and the driving wheel set are modularly designed and can be matched with various upper computers, and the universality of the chassis is improved.

    本发明公开一种用于服务机器人的通用型智能AGV底盘,包括:座底板、多根支撑立柱、多个导向轮组、一对驱动轮组;每个驱动轮组均包括支架、摇臂座、减震器与驱动轮;支架设于座底板远离地面的一侧;摇臂座铰接于支架的一侧;减震器的一端铰接于摇臂座的一侧,减震器的另一端铰接于支架的一侧;驱动轮的中心通过第四转轴设于摇臂座的预设部位上。本发明将驱动轮通过减震器设于摇臂座上,组成了摇臂撑结构,每个驱动轮组仅设置一个减震器,降低了成本,提升了减震器对驱动轮的减震效果。减震的弹簧在阻尼器上可调节位置的设计,以便适用多种上位机的不同重量;另外,将导向轮组与驱动轮组进行模块化设计,可搭配多种上位机,提升了底盘的通用性。
