The invention discloses a method, device and equipment for controlling a storage battery and a storage medium, and belongs to the technical field of vehicle control. The method comprises the steps of obtaining a first detection result indicating whether a vehicle is in a static parking state; indicating that the vehicle is in a static parking state based on the first detection result, and obtaining a current value of a storage battery of the vehicle according to reference frequency; a ZCU is controlled to obtain the minimum current value in the current values obtained within the first reference duration; on the basis that the minimum current value is larger than a first reference threshold value, a reference value is controlled to add one, and the reference value is used for counting a comparison result whether the current value is larger than the first reference threshold value; and controlling the ZCU to enable the whole vehicle network and the controller to enter a reference power consumption state based on the fact that the reference value is greater than a second reference threshold value. By detecting the magnitude of the quiescent current of the storage battery, the loss of the electric quantity of the storage battery is controlled, and the purpose of preventing the storage battery from lacking electricity is achieved.
