The invention discloses a full-active suspension with continuously adjustable rigidity, damping and height, which comprises a hydraulic cylinder, a gas spring, a rigidity adjusting pipeline and a hydraulic cylinder adjusting pipeline, and stepless adjustment of the rigidity of the suspension is realized by changing the pressure of the gas spring. Stepless adjustment of suspension damping is achieved by changing the opening degree of the electromagnetic proportional valve communicating two cavities of the hydraulic cylinder, and the height of the suspension is changed by changing the volume of oil in the two cavities of the hydraulic cylinder through work of the two-way electric oil pump. The rigidity and damping characteristics of the suspension can be smoothly adjusted according to different loads, vehicle speeds and road conditions, meanwhile, the gas spring can effectively absorb high-frequency impact from the road surface, and therefore the driving smoothness and operation stability of a vehicle are improved; and the height of the four-wheel suspension can be dynamically adjusted, so that the driving capability of the vehicle under the limit working condition is improved.

    本发明公开了一种刚度、阻尼和高度连续可调的全主动悬架,包括:液压缸、气体弹簧、刚度调节管路和液压缸调节管路,通过改变气体弹簧的压强实现悬架刚度的无级调节,通过改变连通液压缸两腔的电磁比例阀的开度实现悬架阻尼的无级调节,通过双向电动油泵的工作改变液压缸两腔中油液体积来改变悬架高度。本发明能根据不同荷载、车速和路况平滑调节悬架刚度和阻尼特性,同时气体弹簧能够有效吸收来自路面的高频冲击,从而改善了车辆的行驶平顺性和操作稳定性;并可动态调节四轮悬架高度,从而提高车辆在极限工况下的行驶能力。
