The invention discloses a rigidity and damping multistage adjustable hydro-pneumatic suspension which comprises a suspension hydraulic cylinder and a control device, and the control device comprises two P-type neutral three-position four-way electromagnetic valves, two damping valves with different through-flow areas, two air bag type energy accumulators with different initial inflation volumes and a one-way valve. The damping of the system is adjusted by controlling the working position of the first electromagnetic valve, and the rigidity of the system is adjusted by controlling the working position of the second electromagnetic valve. According to the invention, 9 damping and rigidity combined working modes of 3 * 3 can be provided, and the vehicle always has good smoothness and handling stability under different road conditions, vehicle speeds and loads by switching the working modes.
