The invention discloses a spacecraft collision early warning method based on space target data and a storage medium, and relates to the technical field of spacecraft collision protection, and the method comprises the steps: predicting a collision probability, a collision speed and a collision position based on a model of a long-short term memory (LSTM) network, adding a label for training data, representing whether a collision event occurs or not, and carrying out the early warning of the collision of the spacecraft. A deep learning model of spacecraft collision is established by using a long-short term memory (LSTM) network, historical trajectory data and collision object information are used as input, the relationship between the trajectory of the spacecraft and the collision occurrence probability, speed and position is learned through a loss function defined by minimization, highly accurate prediction of a potential collision event is realized, and the prediction accuracy is improved. And then, based on the prediction of the collision probability, speed and position, carrying out collision risk level evaluation, estimating the joint distribution of the collision probability, speed and position and the correlation among parameters by adopting a Bayesian statistical method, and analyzing an estimated value to calculate the collision risk level.
