A plurality of second ventilation openings are formed in the side face belt and correspond to the first ventilation openings in a one-to-one mode, turning blocks are installed at the second ventilation openings, and the turning blocks are detachably connected with the side face belt. The pedal structure has the beneficial effects that the aim of reducing the probability that the pedal structure is extruded to extend to block gas exhaust can be achieved; the side belt and the pedal plate block are convenient to mount and dismount, and the lower cover and the pedal plate block are convenient to mount and dismount; and the probability that the through hole at the elastic shaft is blocked is reduced.
