The invention provides an electric coupler and a railway vehicle. The front end face of the electrical coupler body is an electrical connecting end, and the side faces of the two horizontal sides of the coupling direction of the electrical connecting end are the first side face and the second side face respectively. Swing arm mounting shafts are respectively arranged on the two side surfaces; the end cover comprises an end cover panel and end cover connecting plates arranged on the two sides of the end cover panel at intervals. An end cover rotating shaft is arranged on the outer side surface of each end cover connecting plate; the number of the swing arms is two, each swing arm comprises a swing arm body, and the swing arm bodies are rotationally installed on the swing arm installation shafts on the corresponding sides. The swing arm main body comprises an end cover connecting part which is rotationally connected to the end cover rotating shaft on the corresponding side; after the end cover and the electric coupler body are installed, the inner side surfaces of the end cover connecting plates on the two sides are attached to the first side face and the second side face of the electric coupler respectively, and the inner surface of the end cover panel is attached to the electric connecting end. The inner surface of the side, attached to the electrical connecting end, of the end cover panel is a plane, the end cover panel can be better attached to the electrical connecting end, and the sealing performance is guaranteed.

    本发明提供一种电气车钩及轨道车辆。电气车钩本体前侧端面为电气连接端,电气连接端的连挂方向的水平两侧的侧面分别为第一侧面和第二侧面;两个侧面上分别设置有摆臂安装轴;端盖包括端盖面板以及间隔设置在端盖面板上的两侧端盖连接板;每个端盖连接板的外侧表面上均设置有端盖转轴;摆臂包括两个,每个摆臂均包括摆臂主体,摆臂主体转动安装在对应侧的摆臂安装轴上;摆臂主体包括端盖连接部,转动连接至对应侧的端盖转轴;端盖与电气车钩本体安装后,两侧端盖连接板的内侧表面分别贴合电气车钩的第一侧面和第二侧面,端盖面板的内表面贴合电气连接端;端盖面板与电气连接端贴合一侧的内表面为平面,可以更好的与电气连接端贴合,保证密封性。
