A hydraulic cylinder is started, the hydraulic cylinder drives a second concave plate to move, the second concave plate drives a gear to move, the gear can extrude a rack, the rack drives a connecting rod to rotate through a first concave plate, and the connecting rod can drive a first sliding block to move at a sliding groove in the upper portion of a vehicle frame; and meanwhile, the track beam can be lifted by the frame and the rubber tires through the counter-acting force of the connecting rods and the ground, so that the device can pass through a lower place more easily in rainy days or snowy days and is not easy to sink into a water pit or a snow pile, and the using effect of the device is improved.
