The invention discloses a battery mounting structure with an anti-loosening mechanism, an electric vehicle and battery replacement equipment, the battery mounting structure comprises a mounting plate, an anti-loosening piece and a locking piece, the mounting plate is arranged on the electric vehicle, the locking piece is used for detachably connecting a battery pack to the mounting plate, the battery pack is provided with a positioning hole, the positioning hole is matched with the anti-loosening piece, and the locking piece is arranged on the mounting plate. When the locking piece is in the locking state, the anti-loosening piece can move in the axial direction of the positioning hole, when the locking piece is in the locking state, the anti-loosening piece moves to the anti-loosening position, and the anti-loosening piece acts on the locking piece so as to limit relative movement of the locking piece and the anti-loosening piece. The battery replacement equipment comprises the first unlocking piece, the second unlocking piece and the driving assembly, so that the battery mounting structure with the anti-loosening mechanism is unlocked or locked, and the replacement efficiency of the battery pack is improved.
