The battery characteristic prediction method comprises the following steps: acquiring a battery characteristic prediction model, wherein the battery characteristic prediction model is obtained by training a battery data sample corresponding to a preset battery; determining historical battery characteristic data of the target battery up to the current operation moment; inputting the current voltage of the target battery at the current operation moment and preset operation state data of the target battery at the next operation moment into a battery characteristic prediction model, so that the battery characteristic prediction model performs voltage prediction on the target battery based on historical battery characteristic data to obtain a voltage variation, the voltage variation represents the voltage difference between the voltage of the target battery at the next operation moment and the current voltage. The battery behavior of the target battery under the preset discharge condition can be accurately predicted by using the battery characteristic prediction model and the historical battery characteristic data of the target battery.
