The invention discloses a battery replacement demand prediction method and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium. Comprising the following steps: acquiring a battery replacement probability matrix of a vehicle in different environments and different vehicle states and driving configuration data of the vehicle on a road; obtaining prediction configuration information, calling the driving configuration data through prediction time data in the prediction configuration information to carry out road configuration, and obtaining configuration data of each road section; simulating the configuration data of each road section through a preset vehicle dynamics model to obtain predicted driving state data of the vehicle driving on the road section, and determining predicted battery replacement information of the vehicle based on the predicted driving state data, predicted environment data in the predicted configuration information and the battery replacement probability matrix; and forming battery replacement demand distribution data based on the predicted battery replacement information of the vehicles on each road section. According to the scheme, the environment data, the vehicle state and the trajectory data are utilized to construct the battery replacement probability matrix, the battery replacement information is predicted in combination with the vehicle dynamics model, and the aggregation battery replacement problem is effectively relieved.

    本发明公开了一种换电需求预测方法、装置、电子设备及存储介质。包括:获取车辆在不同环境以及不同车辆状态下的换电概率矩阵和车辆在道路上的行驶配置数据;获取预测配置信息,通过预测配置信息中的预测时间数据调用行驶配置数据进行道路配置,得到各路段的配置数据;通过预先设置的车辆动力学模型,对各路段的配置数据进行模拟,得到车辆在路段行驶的预测行驶状态数据,基于预测行驶状态数据、预测配置信息中的预测环境数据和换电概率矩阵确定车辆的预测换电信息;基于各路段上车辆的预测换电信息,形成换电需求分布数据。本方案利用环境数据、车辆状态和轨迹数据构建换电概率矩阵,结合车辆动力学模型预测换电信息,有效缓解了聚集性换电问题。
