The invention provides a space station truss construction device and method based on in-orbit construction. The space station truss construction device comprises an inserting rod assembly, a section assembling assembly, a mechanical arm assembly, a truss assembling assembly, a side rack and a bottom face rack. A first Y-axis moving platform of the inserting rod assembly and the mechanical arm assembly are connected with the first mounting end and the second mounting end of the bottom face rack correspondingly, and the section assembling assembly and the truss assembling assembly are connected with the first mounting end and the second mounting end of the side rack correspondingly. Through arrangement of the node units on the section assembling assembly, transformation of a triangular section and a square section is achieved, and through a middle supporting circular rail assembly in the truss assembling assembly, connection of connecting rods between section rod pieces is achieved, so that limitation of the truss increasing direction is eliminated, and the truss structure with the variable section and multiple sizes and lengths can be manufactured in an on-orbit mode; and diversified and complex tasks such as on-orbit manufacturing and assembling are met.

    本发明提供一种基于在轨搭建的空间站桁架建造装置及方法,包括插杆组件、截面组装组件、机械臂组件、桁架组装组件、侧机架和底面机架。插杆组件的第一Y轴移动平台和机械臂组件分别与底面机架的第一安装端和第二安装端连接,截面组装组件和桁架组装组件分别与侧机架的第一安装端和第二安装端连接。本发明通过截面组装组件上节点单元的布置,实现三角形截面和正方形截面的变换,通过桁架组装组件中中间支撑圆轨组件,实现截面杆件间连杆的连接,从而消除了桁架增长方向的限制,可在轨制造变截面多尺寸长度的桁架结构,满足在轨制造、组装等多元化复杂的任务。
