The invention discloses a load quick-change interface and a quick-change method for electromagnetic power-losing space on-orbit control, and belongs to the technical field of space on-orbit services. The problems that an existing space butt joint interface is large in size and complex in structure are solved. A movable plate is installed at the suction end of an electromagnetic power-off brake assembly, a slot is formed between the electromagnetic power-off brake assembly and a central through hole of the movable plate and the bottom wall of a supporting frame, and a passive locking mechanism is inserted into the slot; a circle of containing groove is formed between the inner circumferential wall of the movable plate and the bottom wall in the supporting frame and communicated with the inserting groove. The locking steel balls are evenly distributed in the containing groove in the circumferential direction. The return assemblies are evenly distributed on the periphery of the inserting groove and installed on the top end face of the electromagnetic power-off type braking assembly. The locking steel ball is partially extruded out of the containing groove under the thrust action of the movable plate and is inserted into the positioning locking section of the passive locking mechanism, and locking of the passive locking mechanism is achieved. The method is mainly used for the on-orbit operation load of the space robot.
