The invention discloses a quick-change connecting structure, a vehicle, a quick-change connecting method and a quick-change dismounting method.The quick-change connecting structure comprises a first connecting piece and a second connecting piece, the first connecting piece is provided with an axially-through connecting groove, the width of the connecting groove is gradually reduced from the closed end to the open end, and one or more receding notches are formed in the side wall of the connecting groove; the second connecting piece is provided with one or more connecting protrusions, the connecting protrusions are distributed at intervals in the axial direction, and at least part of the connecting protrusions can penetrate through the corresponding avoiding notches and are installed in the connecting groove in a sliding mode. The connecting protrusions can be clamped in the corresponding connecting parts, and the limiting pieces are used for connecting the first connecting pieces and the connecting protrusions. The quick-change connecting structure can serve as a force bearing structure, the limiting piece of the quick-change connecting structure only plays a role in axial limiting, and when the quick-change connecting structure is applied to connection of the battery box and a vehicle body, stable connection of the battery box can be achieved, and the failure risk is reduced.

    本发明公开快换连接结构、车辆、快换连接方法和快换拆卸方法,快换连接结构包括第一连接件和第二连接件,第一连接件设有轴向贯通的连接槽,连接槽的宽度由闭合端向开口端渐缩,连接槽的侧壁设有一个或多个避让缺口,多个避让缺口沿轴向间隔分布,连接槽内形成多个间隔分布的连接部,第二连接件具有一个或多个连接凸起,多个连接凸起沿轴向间隔分布,至少部分连接凸起能够自对应的避让缺口穿过,并滑动安装在连接槽内,连接凸起能够卡装在对应的连接部内,还包括限位件,用于连接第一连接件和连接凸起。本发明快换连接结构可以作为承力结构,其限位件仅起轴向限位作用,应用于电池箱和车身的连接时,能够实现电池箱的稳定连接,减小失效风险。
