The arrangement comprises a traction machine (30), an electrical cabinet (60) and cable drums (K1, K2) positioned at the bottom of a hoistway (20), an elevator car (10) and a counterweight (50) moving in the hoistway, an upper pulley (41, 42) and a rope hanger (53, 54) fixed at the upper end of the lifting height of a construction elevator, fixed to the rope hanger (53, 54) during operation of the construction elevator and in the hoistway (20) in the construction elevator, an electrical cabinet (60) and cable drums (K1, K2) positioned at the bottom of the hoistway (20), an elevator car (10) and a counterweight (50) moving in the hoistway, an upper pulley (41, 42) and a rope hanger (53, 54) fixed to the rope hanger (53, 54) during operation of the construction elevator, the hoisting rope (51) slides through rope suspension (53, 54) during upward jumping. The hoisting rope penetrates through the lift car, the upper pulley, the traction wheel, the balance weight and the rope suspension in a rope winding mode of 2: 1.
