The invention provides an elevated ramp intelligent management and control method based on road section multi-index evaluation, and the method comprises the following steps: S01, taking a confluence region, a diversion region and an interweaving region of an elevated road as key nodes, building detectors at the two ends of the key nodes, and dividing the elevated road into a plurality of monitored road sections; s02, obtaining the driving-in amount, the driving-out amount and the average travel speed of the road section through detectors at the two ends of the road section; s03, calculating a congestion index of the road section according to the average travel speed and the free flow speed of the road section; s04, calculating the number of vehicles running on the road section according to the driving-in and driving-out quantity, and further calculating the average lane density; s05, calculating a road section load index according to the real-time average lane density and the saturated lane density of the road section; and S06, according to an actual management and control rule, formulating constraint conditions of triggering management and control and releasing management and control of the congestion index, the average lane density and the load index, and realizing intelligent management and control of the ramp under real-time monitoring.

    本发明提出一种基于路段多指标评价的高架匝道智能管控方法,其步骤如下:S01、以高架道路的合流区、分流区、交织区为关键节点,在其两端建设检测器,从而将高架道路划分为多个可监测路段;S02、通过路段两端检测器,获取路段驶入量、驶出量及平均行程速度;S03、根据路段的平均行程速度和自由流速度,计算路段拥堵指数;S04、根据驶入、驶出量计算路段在途行驶车辆数,进而计算平均车道密度;S05、根据路段实时平均车道密度和饱和车道密度,计算路段负载指数;S06、根据实际管控规则,制定拥堵指数、平均车道密度、负载指数的触发管控和解除管控约束条件,实现实时监测下的匝道智能管控。
