The invention discloses a suspension framework for a maglev train, which comprises a corbel and a longitudinal beam assembly, and the corbel and the longitudinal beam assembly are of a carbon fiber composite material molding structure; the connecting beam assembly is connected between the supporting arms on the two sides and the longitudinal beam assembly, and the connecting beam assembly comprises two connecting beams of a carbon fiber composite material forming structure; the connecting beams are assembled with the supporting arms and the longitudinal beam assemblies on the corresponding sides through mounting bases, and every two adjacent connecting beams are connected through a connecting rod. According to the suspension framework, the supporting arms, the mounting seats, the longitudinal beams and the connecting beams are all of a carbon fiber composite material forming structure, compared with a metal structure, the weight is lighter, and the lightweight design requirement is met. The connecting beam is made of the carbon fiber composite material, the surface of the connecting beam is coated with the foam filling layer and the carbon fiber skin, parts such as metal pin shafts, spacer bushes and linings are omitted, and the connecting beam is integrally formed, good in light weight effect, simple in structure, low in cost and higher in fatigue resistance, and the diversity of the parts is reduced.
本发明公开了一种磁悬浮列车用悬浮构架,包括托臂及纵梁总成,托臂及纵梁总成为碳纤维复合材料成型结构;以及连接于两侧的托臂及纵梁总成之间的连接梁总成,连接梁总成包括两根碳纤维复合材料成型结构的连接梁;连接梁与对应一侧的托臂及纵梁总成通过安装座装配,相邻两根连接梁之间通过连杆连接。本发明的悬浮构架的托臂、安装座、纵梁、连接梁均采用碳纤维复合材料成型结构,相比金属结构重量更轻,满足轻量化设计要求。连接梁采用碳纤维复合材料制成,并且表面包覆泡沫填充层和碳纤维蒙皮,取消了金属销轴、隔套和衬套等零件,一体化成型,轻量化效果好,结构简单,减少零件多样性,成本低,抗疲劳能力更强。
