The invention discloses an air spring supporting mechanism and a manufacturing method thereof.The air spring supporting mechanism is used for a maglev train and comprises two bottom foot parts arranged in the train width direction and a gallery bridge part; the gallery bridge part is connected between the two bottom foot parts; the upper surface of the gallery bridge part is lower than the upper surface of the footing part, the size of the gallery bridge part in the vehicle length direction is smaller than that of the footing part, and the front end face of the gallery bridge part is roughly flush with the front end face of the footing part; the gallery bridge part is provided with an air spring connector used for installing an air spring. A cross beam connector used for installing a cross beam, an apron board connector used for installing an apron board, an electromagnet module connector used for installing an electromagnet module and a skid connector used for installing a skid are further integrated on the air spring supporting mechanism. The air spring supporting mechanism is integrated with interfaces for mounting other functional modules, so that the number of parts of the maglev train is reduced, and the assembly of related structures of the maglev train is facilitated.

    本申请公开了一种空簧支撑机构及其制造方法,该空簧支撑机构用于磁浮列车,包括两个沿车宽方向排布的底脚部以及廊桥部;所述廊桥部连接在两个所述底脚部之间;所述廊桥部的上表面低于所述底脚部的上表面,所述廊桥部在车长方向上的尺寸小于所述底脚部,且所述廊桥部的前端面与所述底脚部的前端面大致平齐;所述廊桥部设有用于安装空簧的空簧接口;所述空簧支撑机构上还集成有用于安装横梁的横梁接口、用于安装裙板的裙板接口、用于安装电磁铁模块的电磁铁模块接口以及用于安装滑橇的滑橇接口。该空簧支撑机构集成有安装其他功能模块的接口,有利于减少磁浮列车的零部件数量,方便磁浮列车的相关结构组装。
