The invention discloses an auxiliary spring supporting mechanism which comprises an auxiliary spring and an auxiliary spring support, a pin shaft is installed on the auxiliary spring support, the pinshaft is movably connected with a rolling wheel, an inner hole is formed in the rolling wheel, and the pin shaft penetrates through the inner hole to be movably connected with the rolling wheel. And oil grooves are formed in the pin shaft and the inner wall of the inner hole. And the auxiliary spring bracket is connected with the frame through a fastener. By improving the prior art, when the uppersurface of the auxiliary spring makes contact with the outer cylindrical surface of the roller and makes relative motion, the auxiliary spring makes rolling contact with the outer cylindrical surfaceof the roller, the abrasion loss of the outer cylindrical surface of the roller under contact pressure can be very small, and the service life of parts can be greatly prolonged. In addition, due to the fact that the idler wheel rolls and is good in lubrication, noise can be lowered when the auxiliary spring makes contact with the idler wheel, riding comfort can be improved, and the problems thatthe contact face of the auxiliary spring supporting piece is seriously abraded and needs to be replaced in time and noise is caused by sliding contact impact of the auxiliary spring and the auxiliaryspring supporting piece are solved. The auxiliary spring supporting mechanism is suitable for automobile rear suspensions.

    本发明公开了一种副簧支撑机构,包括副簧和副簧支架,所述副簧支架上安装有销轴,所述销轴与滚轮活动连接,所述滚轮上开设有内孔,所述销轴贯穿内孔与滚轮活动连接;所述销轴上和内孔内壁上均开设有油槽。所述副簧支架通过紧固件与车架连接。本发明通过对现有技术进行改进,当副簧上表面与滚轮外圆柱面接触并做相对运动时,二者之间是滚动接触,可以使接触压力下滚轮外圆柱面磨损量很小,可大幅提升零件寿命。另外由于滚轮滚动且润滑良好,当副簧与滚轮接触运动时可降低噪声,可以提升乘坐舒适性,解决了副簧支撑件接触面磨损严重需要及时更换问题和副簧与副簧支撑件滑动接触冲击带来的噪声问题。适用于汽车后悬架。
