The invention provides a door stand column cover and a preparation method thereof.The door stand column cover comprises a door stand column cover plate body, a handrail mounting area is arranged on the door stand column cover plate body, a first transition area is arranged between the lower portion of the handrail mounting area and the door stand column cover plate body, and the door stand column cover plate body comprises a first cover plate common area and a second cover plate common area; the armrest mounting area comprises a second transition area, an armrest common area and a third transition area, the third transition area extends to the first cover plate common area and the second cover plate common area respectively, and the innermost sides and the outermost sides of the first cover plate common area, the second cover plate common area, the armrest common area, the first transition area, the second transition area and the third transition area are respectively an inner glass fiber layer and an outer glass fiber layer. A carbon fiber layer is arranged between the inner glass fiber layer and the outer glass fiber layer; the preparation method comprises the steps of compression molding or autoclave molding; the door pillar cover solves the problems that an existing door pillar cover is large in density, prone to deformation, complex in technological process and the like, and has the advantages of being low in cost, efficient, capable of being produced in batches and the like.

    本发明提供一种门立柱罩及其制备方法,门立柱罩包括门立柱罩板本体,门立柱罩板本体上设有扶手安装区,扶手安装区的下部与门立柱罩板本体之间设有过渡区一,门立柱罩板本体包括罩板普通区一、罩板普通区二,扶手安装区包括过渡区二、扶手普通区、过渡区三,过渡区三分别延伸至罩板普通区一和罩板普通区二,罩板普通区一、罩板普通区二、扶手普通区、过渡区一、过渡区二、过渡区三的最内侧和最外侧分别为内玻璃纤维层和外玻璃纤维层,内玻璃纤维层和外玻璃纤维层之间设置有碳纤维层;制备方法通过模压成型或热压罐成型;本申请解决了当前门立柱罩密度大,易变形,且工艺过程复杂等问题,具有低成本、高效、可批量化生产等优点。
