The invention discloses a fuel cell RUL prediction method, device and system, and the method comprises the steps: receiving endurance test data, collected by a test board, of a plurality of whole vehicle fuel cell systems; based on a preset prediction model, obtaining a prediction result of the remaining service life RUL of the whole vehicle fuel cell system according to the endurance test data; and issuing the RUL prediction result of the whole vehicle fuel cell system to a plurality of whole vehicle controllers. According to the invention, fuel cell endurance test data and Internet of Vehicles intelligent monitoring platform resources are fully utilized, and prediction of the fuel cell RUL is realized.
