PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output prediction device of fuel cell and an output prediction method of fuel cell capable of predicting output of fuel cell accurately.SOLUTION: An output prediction device of fuel cell includes a first acquisition unit for acquiring a first request output of the fuel cell calculated on the basis of a prediction vehicle velocity or a prediction acceleration speed on a planned driving route of a vehicle running with fuel cell as a power source, a second acquisition unit for acquiring a second request output of the fuel cell requested by an air conditioner of the vehicle, and a calculation unit for calculating parameters correlated with the prediction output value of the fuel cell that is predicted to be outputted on the planned driving route, on the basis of the first and second request outputs.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
