The invention discloses a vehicle-mounted hydrogen-oxygen fuel cell energy management control method and system. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring vehicle data; according to the whole vehicle gas-electricity control mode and the lithium battery SOC state, a fuel cell engine control mode is judged, and start-stop control is achieved; when the fuel cell engine is started and outputs power, determining the required power of the whole vehicle according to the power of the high-voltage electric appliance of the whole vehicle; judging the current load mode of the whole vehicle according to the average required power of the whole vehicle; according to the full-power switching effectiveness of the whole vehicle, the current load mode of the whole vehicle and the SOC state of the lithium battery, the fuel cell engine required power is determined; and taking the minimum numerical value in the fuel cell engine demand power, the fuel cell engine output power and the whole vehicle gas-electricity power amplitude limit as the fuel cell engine output power. According to the energy management control method, the fuel cell engine can meet the power requirement and the economical requirement of the whole vehicle in the whole vehicle application, and the durability of the fuel cell engine is improved.

    本发明公开一种车载氢氧燃料电池能量管理控制方法及系统,该方法包括获取整车数据;根据整车燃电控制模式和锂电池SOC状态进行燃料电池发动机控制模式判定并实现启停控制;当燃料电池发动机会启动且输出功率时,根据整车高压用电器功率确定整车需求功率;根据整车平均需求功率判断整车当前载荷模式;根据整车满功率开关有效性、整车当前载荷模式以及锂电池SOC状态确定燃料电池发动机需求功率;将燃料电池发动机需求功率、燃料电池发动机可输出功率和整车燃电功率限幅中最小的数值作为燃料电池发动机输出功率。本发明能够实现燃料电池发动机在整车应用中的满足整车动力性需求和经济性需求,兼顾提高燃料电池发动机耐久性的能量管理控制方法。
