The invention discloses a vehicle-mounted hydrogen supply system and a fuel cell vehicle. According to the vehicle-mounted hydrogen supply system, a hydrogen storage module is provided with a hydrogen storage device; the pressure reducing module is provided with a pressure reducing valve, the pressure reducing valve communicates with the hydrogen storage device through a high-pressure hydrogen supply pipeline, and a first pressure detection device is arranged on the high-pressure hydrogen supply pipeline; the fuel cell module is communicated with the pressure reducing valve through a medium-pressure hydrogen supply pipeline, and a second pressure detection device is arranged on the medium-pressure hydrogen supply pipeline; and the pressure relief module comprises a combustor, the combustor is communicated with the medium-pressure hydrogen supply pipeline through a pressure relief branch pipe, and the pressure relief branch pipe is provided with a valve assembly and a flame arrester. When the downstream pressure of the pressure reducing valve of the hydrogen supply system is too high and exceeds a set pressure value, hydrogen in the medium-pressure hydrogen supply pipeline can be consumed through combustion of the combustor, so that the pressure in the medium-pressure hydrogen supply pipeline is reduced to the set pressure value, normal starting of the fuel cell vehicle in a low-temperature environment or after long-time static is ensured, and the service life of the fuel cell vehicle is prolonged. And meanwhile, the risk of hydrogen leakage caused by reduction of the sealing performance of the pressure reducing valve in a low-temperature environment is reduced.

    本申请公开了一种车载供氢系统和燃料电池车,车载供氢系统包括:储氢模块设有储氢装置;减压模块设有减压阀,减压阀与储氢装置通过高压供氢管道连通,高压氢管道上设有第一压力检测装置;燃料电池模块,与减压阀通过中压供氢管道连通,中压供氢管道上设有第二压力检测装置;以及,泄压模块包括燃烧器,燃烧器与中压供氢管道通过泄压支管连通,泄压支管上设有阀门组件和阻火器。在供氢系统的减压阀下游压力偏高超过设定压力值时,能够通过燃烧器的燃烧消耗中压供氢管道内的氢气,使中压供氢管道内的压力降低至设定压力值,确保燃料电池车在低温环境下或长时间静止后的正常启动,同时降低低温环境导致的减压阀密封性能下降造成的氢气外漏风险。
