The industrial vehicle slope parking control method comprises the steps that when a vehicle accelerator is released, the integral term of a rotating speed closed-loop regulator of a vehicle motor is controlled to be zero; wherein the rotating speed closed-loop regulator is a proportional-integral regulator; determining the current target rotating speed of the current control period according to the final target rotating speed corresponding to the state of the accelerator, and adjusting the rotating speed of the motor according to the current target rotating speed; each output value of the rotating speed closed-loop regulator corresponds to one control period; the current target rotating speed is gradually reduced according to the rotating speed reduction stepping value, and the rotating speed of the motor is adjusted according to the adjusted current target rotating speed; when the actual rotating speed of the motor is smaller than the rotating speed threshold value or the current target rotating speed is zero, the integral item is controlled not to be zero. According to the technical scheme, the vehicle is controlled to stably park on the flat ground, and meanwhile the vehicle is controlled to stably park on the slope.

    本发明公开了一种工业车辆驻坡控制方法、控制装置及动力系统。本发明涉及工业车辆驻坡控制技术领域。工业车辆驻坡控制方法包括:在车辆加速器释放时,控制车辆电机的转速闭环调节器的积分项为零;其中,转速闭环调节器为比例积分调节器;根据加速器的状态对应的最终目标转速确定当前控制周期的当前目标转速,并根据当前目标转速调节电机的转速;转速闭环调节器每输出一次输出值对应一个控制周期;根据转速减小步进值逐步减小当前目标转速,并根据调节后的当前目标转速调节电机的转速;在电机的实际转速小于转速阈值时,或者,在当前目标转速为零时,控制积分项不为零。本发明的技术方案实现了控制车辆在平地上稳定停车的同时,控制车辆稳定驻坡。
