The invention relates to the technical field of battery thermal safety control, and particularly discloses a battery thermal safety control method, a storage medium, a processor and a vehicle. The method comprises the steps that test sound wave information is acquired, and the test sound wave information is obtained by performing actual acquisition on acquisition point locations in a battery pack; a sound wave test model is constructed, the sound wave test model is used for determining a category label of the collection point corresponding to the test sound wave information according to the test sound wave information, and the category label comprises at least one of a thermal runaway state and a non-thermal runaway state; judging the test sound wave information by using the sound wave test model, and generating a target control instruction under the condition that the category label of the collection point corresponding to the test sound wave information is determined to be in a thermal runaway state; and controlling a thermal safety device of the battery pack to execute a preset thermal safety measure based on the target control instruction. The technical problem that an existing battery thermal safety management method is not reliable is solved.

    本发明涉及电池热安全控制技术领域,具体公开了一种电池热安全的控制方法、存储介质、处理器及车辆。其中,该方法包括:获取测试声波信息,测试声波信息通过对电池包内的采集点位进行实际采集得到;构建声波测试模型,声波测试模型用于根据测试声波信息确定与测试声波信息对应的采集点位的类别标签,类别标签包括如下至少之一:热失控状态、非热失控状态;利用声波测试模型对测试声波信息进行判断,在确定与测试声波信息对应的采集点位的类别标签为热失控状态的情况下,生成目标控制指令;基于目标控制指令控制电池包的热安全装置执行预设的热安全措施。本发明解决了现有的电池热安全管理方法不可靠的技术问题。
