The invention relates to the technical field of automobile cranes, and provides a power lifting system, a power lifting control method and a power lifting control device of an automobile crane. The power lifting system comprises a power lifting valve provided with an air inlet and a first air outlet, the air inlet is communicated with a brake air cylinder of the automobile crane, and the first air outlet is communicated with an engine air inlet pipe of the automobile crane; the valve element extends into a valve cavity of the power lift valve, and the first control valve can conduct and cut off a channel between the air inlet and the valve cavity. The power lift valve communicated with the brake air reservoir is additionally arranged at the air inlet end of the engine, so that compressed air in the brake air reservoir can be used for providing certain air flow for the engine when instant power of the engine is insufficient under the hoisting working condition, and potential safety hazards caused by flameout of the engine are prevented; and the power lifting system is simple in structure, low in mounting space requirement, low in cost, beneficial to maintenance and capable of greatly reducing the weight of the engine and saving the energy consumption of the whole vehicle.

    本发明涉及汽车起重机技术领域,提供汽车起重机的动力提升系统、动力提升控制方法和装置。动力提升系统包括:动力提升阀,具有进气口和第一出气口,进气口连通汽车起重机的制动储气筒,第一出气口连通汽车起重机的发动机进气管;第一控制阀件,阀芯伸入动力提升阀的阀腔中,第一控制阀件能导通和截断进气口与阀腔之间的通路。本发明在发动机进气端增设连通制动储气筒的动力提升阀,吊装工况下当发动机瞬间动力不足时能够利用制动储气筒中的压缩空气为发动机提供一定的气流量,防止发动机熄火出现安全隐患;且动力提升系统结构简单、安装空间要求小、成本低、利于维护,能够大大降低发动机重量,节约整车能耗。
