The invention provides a crane constant-power lifting speed control method and system based on lifting weight. The method comprises the steps that the number of lifting motors of a crane, the rated lifting weight of the crane, the rated lifting speed of the lifting motors and the comprehensive efficiency of the crane are obtained; wherein the comprehensive efficiency of the crane is the sum of the efficiency of the steel wire rope pulley block, the lifting motor and the lifting frequency converter; calculating the actual reference power of a single lifting motor; the actual power of a single lifting motor under the actual lifting weight of the crane is obtained; calculating the actual lifting weight of the crane according to the actual power of the single lifting motor according to the actual lifting weight of the crane; and the lifting speed of the lifting motors is calculated according to the number of the lifting motors, the comprehensive efficiency of the crane, the actual reference power of the single lifting motor and the actual lifting weight of the crane. The lifting load and the lifting speed are optimized to be optimally matched, constant-power speed regulation of the crane is achieved, efficient operation of the crane is further achieved, and the lifting efficiency is improved.

    本发明提供一种基于起升重量的起重机恒功率起升速度控制方法和系统,其中方法包括获取起重机的起升电机数量、起重机额定起升重量、起升电机额定起升速度和起重机综合效率;其中,起重机综合效率为钢丝绳滑轮组、起升电机以及起升变频器的效率之和;计算单个起升电机的实际基准功率;获取起重机实际起升重量下单个起升电机的实际功率;根据起重机实际起升重量下单个起升电机的实际功率计算起重机实际起升重量;根据起升电机数量、起重机综合效率、单个起升电机的实际基准功率和起重机实际起升重量计算起升电机起升速度。本发明将起升载荷和起升速度优化成最佳匹配,实现起重机恒功率调速,进而实现起重机高效运行,提高起升效率。
