The invention provides a wind driven generator tower crane mounting system which comprises a bearing frame, the bearing frame is arranged outside a tower drum in a surrounding and sleeving mode, and a tower crane mounting base is arranged on one side of the bearing frame; the driving device provides power for the bearing frame to move in the vertical direction of the outer wall of the tower drum; the guide device is used for guiding when the bearing frame moves; the fastening device is used for fixing the bearing frame at a set position; the driving device comprises pulleys, steel wire ropes and a power unit, the pulleys are fixed to the bottom of the cabin, one end of each steel wire rope penetrates through the corresponding pulley to be connected with the bearing frame, and the other end is connected with the power unit. The guide device is provided with a guide wheel abutting against the outer wall of the tower drum. The fastening device is provided with a pressing block used for pressing the outer wall of the tower barrel. The power unit tensions or releases the steel wire rope, the bearing frame is driven to move to a set position under guiding of the guide wheels, and the bearing frame is fixed by pressing the outer wall of the tower drum through the pressing blocks. Therefore, the stable and quick mounting and dismounting of the tower crane are realized without the help of hoisting equipment.

    本发明提供一种风力发电机塔上吊机安装系统,包括承载框架,其环绕套设在塔筒外部,承载框架的一侧设置有塔上吊机安装座;驱动装置,提供承载框架沿塔筒外壁竖直方向移动的动力;导向装置,用于承载框架移动时的导向;紧固装置,将承载框架固定在设定位置;其中,驱动装置包括滑轮、钢丝绳和动力单元,滑轮固定于机舱的底部,钢丝绳的一端穿过滑轮连接承载框架,另一端连接动力单元;导向装置设置有与塔筒外壁抵接的导向轮;紧固装置设置有用于压紧塔筒外壁的压块;动力单元拉紧或者释放钢丝绳,在导向轮的导向下带动承载框架移动到设定位置,通过压块压紧塔筒外壁将承载框架固定。如此,无需借助吊装设备,实现塔上吊机的稳定且快速安装与拆卸。
