The invention relates to an offshore wind power hoisting tower crane and a mounting base thereof.The mounting base of the offshore wind power hoisting tower crane comprises a base body of a frame beam type structure, the upper end of the base body is provided with a mounting part used for mounting a tower body of the tower crane, and one side of the base body is provided with a connecting layer used for being connected to a wind power foundation pile; the number of the connecting layers is at least two, the connecting layers are arranged at intervals in the vertical direction, and each connecting layer is provided with a connecting part which is used for extending towards a wind power foundation pile and is fixedly connected with a lifting lug on the wind power foundation pile. The mode of a traditional offshore wind turbine installation platform is completely abandoned, the operation risk of offshore pile insertion is avoided, the improved installation base is adopted, a hoisting tower crane can be directly fixed to the bottom of a foundation pile of a wind turbine in a lap joint mode, and the fixing mode is simple and convenient.

    本发明涉及一种海上风电吊装塔机及其安装基座,海上风电吊装塔机的安装基座包括框架梁式结构的座体,座体的上端具有用于安装塔机的塔身的安装部,所述座体的一侧设有用于连接在所述风电基础桩柱上的连接层,所述连接层有至少两层,沿上下方向间隔布置,所述连接层具有用于朝向风电基础桩柱延伸并与所述风电基础桩柱上的吊耳固定连接的连接部。完全摒弃了传统海上风机安装平台的模式,避免了海上插桩的作业风险,采用改进后的安装基座,可以将吊装塔机直接和风机的基础桩柱底部搭接固定,固定方式简单便捷。
