The embodiment of the invention discloses a multi-degree-of-freedom motion ship model which comprises a ship model platform, and two groups of vector power mechanisms and two groups of advancing power mechanisms which are arranged on the ship model platform, the connecting line between the two sets of vector power mechanisms and the connecting line between the two sets of advancing power mechanisms are arranged in a diagonal mode relative to the geometric center of the ship model platform, and the vector power mechanisms are used for adjusting the posture of the ship model platform and/or providing power in any horizontal direction for the ship model platform. The advancing power mechanism is used for providing advancing or retreating power for the ship model platform in the set forward direction of the ship model platform. According to the multi-degree-of-freedom motion ship model, the vector power mechanism and the advancing power mechanism are arranged on the ship model platform, the vector power mechanism adjusts the posture state of the ship model platform or assists in providing power, and the advancing power mechanism provides advancing or retreating power for the ship model platform, so that the ship model platform can steer freely on the water surface in situ; and moving in any direction.
