The control assembly is used for achieving control over the working process of the folding and unfolding device. Meanwhile, the invention further provides a folding and unfolding method of the unmanned underwater vehicle. According to the invention, the launching and recovery operation of the underwater vehicle can be automatically completed, and the rapidity and maneuverability of launching and recovery are improved; complicated arrangement equipment and professional technicians are not needed, so that the cost can be reduced; the influence of environmental factors on laying and recovery can be reduced, various underwater complex working condition requirements are met, and the safety of laying and recovery is improved.
