The invention relates to a fuel cell output power determination method and device, equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring historical output power of a fuel cell and output duration information corresponding to the historical output power; determining optimized power information of the fuel cell based on the historical output power and the output duration information, the optimized power information indicating an adjustment value for the output power of the fuel cell; according to the optimized power information, the output power of the fuel cell is dynamically adjusted, the output power comprises the second high power which is output by the fuel cell and is only second to the highest power and the lowest power output by the fuel cell, and the second high power and the lowest power output by the fuel cell can be adjusted in real time by utilizing the technical scheme provided by the invention; therefore, the situation that the service life of the fuel cell is seriously affected due to the fact that the secondary high power and the minimum power output by the fuel cell are too high or too low is avoided.
