The invention discloses a miniature constant-tension winch displacement measuring device which comprises a winch body, and the winch body comprises a hollow winch roller. A spiral groove is formed in the outer side wall of the hollow winding roller in the circumferential direction, a steel wire rope with the diameter larger than 8 mm is wound around the spiral groove, and the outer end of the steel wire rope is connected with a measured object. A coupler, a planetary reducer and a servo motor are arranged in the hollow winch roller, the output end of the servo motor is connected with an input shaft of the planetary reducer, and an output shaft of the planetary reducer is connected with the hollow winch roller through the coupler. The servo motor is connected with a servo driver which is used for collecting working parameters of the servo motor, calculating the elongation length of the steel wire rope according to the reduction ratio of the planetary reducer and the diameter and lead parameters of the spiral groove of the hollow winch roller, driving the servo motor to work and keeping the constant tension of the steel wire rope. The problem of measurement failure in a severe environment can be effectively solved.

    本发明公开了一种微型恒张力卷扬位移测量装置,包括卷扬机本体,其中,卷扬机本体包括中空卷扬滚筒;中空卷扬滚筒的外侧壁沿周向开设有螺旋沟槽,螺旋沟槽上缠设有直径为8mm以上的钢丝绳,钢丝绳的外端头连接有被测物体;中空卷扬滚筒的内部设置有联轴器、行星减速机和伺服电机,伺服电机的输出端与行星减速机的输入轴连接,行星减速机的输出轴通过联轴器与中空卷扬滚筒连接;伺服电机连接有用于采集伺服电机工作参数以及根据行星减速机减速比、中空卷扬滚筒螺旋沟槽的直径和导程参数计算出钢丝绳伸长长度并驱动伺服电机作业且保持钢丝绳恒张力的伺服驱动器。本发明可有效解决恶劣环境下的测量失效问题。
