The expansion disc is driven by the abutting block at the outer end of the speed reducer to expand to support the non-return ring, the non-return ring is expanded outwards to brake the winch, when the winch works, the tension of a twisted rope can be controlled by the sensor to change within a certain range according to the change of the tension of the twisted rope, and when the tension exceeds the range, the sensor acts to control the winch to work. And the control system sends a rope winding or unwinding command until the tension returns to the set range, so that dangerous conditions are prevented.
