The invention belongs to the technical field of building construction, and particularly relates to an intelligent tower deviation adjusting device which comprises a concrete base, a tower deviation adjusting mechanism is fixedly mounted on the upper surface of the concrete base, a tower crane body is fixedly mounted on the surface of the tower deviation adjusting mechanism, and an intelligent monitoring control mechanism is fixedly mounted on the surface of the tower crane body. According to the intelligent tower deviation adjusting device, by arranging the tower deviation adjusting mechanism and the intelligent monitoring control mechanism, when the intelligent tower deviation adjusting device is used, inclination and hoisting operation monitoring is automatically conducted on a tower crane through the intelligent monitoring control mechanism, and when the tower crane inclines due to foundation settlement, a tower crane body is automatically centralized through the tower deviation adjusting mechanism; therefore, the problems that due to the fact that a foundation of an existing tower crane settles, the tower crane inclines, if the tower crane is not straightened in time, the construction progress is reduced, and the operation safety of the tower crane is affected are solved.
