The invention discloses a jacking oil cylinder adjusting device for a tower crane, and belongs to the technical field of tower cranes. The device comprises a stop block fixed to a climbing frame, a rotary disc is installed on one side of the stop block, a screw rod is inserted into the middle of the rotary disc in a penetrating mode, the screw rod is in threaded fit with an axial threaded hole inthe middle of the rotary disc to form a spiral feeding mechanism, and the screw rod penetrates through the stop block and is in sliding fit with a through hole in the stop block, and one end, penetrating through the stop block, of the screw rod is hinged with a clamp for clamping the jacking oil cylinder; lug plates are longitudinal lug plates, and the through holes in the lug plates are longitudinal long holes; and the through hole in the stop block is a transverse long hole. According to the jacking oil cylinder adjusting device, swing adjustment of the jacking oil cylinder is achieved in alow-cost, simple and convenient mode, fine adjustment can be achieved, and lateral force is not generated to the oil cylinder when the jacking oil cylinder works.

    本发明公开了一种塔式起重机用顶升油缸调节装置,属于塔式起重机技术领域。本发明包括固定在爬升架上的挡块,挡块的一侧安装有转盘,转盘中部穿插有螺杆,螺杆与所述转盘中部轴向的螺纹孔螺纹配合形成螺旋进给机构,螺杆从所述挡块内穿过并与挡块内的通孔滑动配合,螺杆穿过挡块的一端铰接有用于夹持顶升油缸的夹钳。所述耳板是纵向耳板,耳板上的通孔为纵向长孔。所述挡块上的通孔为横向长孔。本发明以一种成本低且简便的方式实现顶升油缸的摆动调节,能够微动调节,且在顶升油缸工作时不对油缸产生侧向力。
