The invention discloses a torque control method and device for a double-electric-drive-axle gear shifting stage and a vehicle. The method comprises the steps that the first initial torque of an auxiliary control axle drive motor and the second initial torque of a main control axle drive motor are determined; when the control mode of the main control bridge driving motor is a rotating speed control mode, the minimum power requirement of the main control bridge is obtained; obtaining a first parameter used for representing the battery capability and a second parameter used for representing the motor capability; determining a first torque limit range of an auxiliary control bridge driving motor according to the minimum power requirement of the main control bridge, the first parameter and the second parameter; and according to the first initial torque and the first torque limiting value range, the theoretical output torque of the auxiliary control bridge driving motor is obtained. In the process of determining the theoretical output torque of the auxiliary control bridge driving motor, the influence of the power output, the battery capacity and the motor capacity of the main control bridge on the theoretical output torque of the auxiliary control bridge driving motor is considered, so that the problem of gear shifting timeout or the problem of high voltage drop of the whole vehicle can be solved.

    本发明公开了一种双电驱桥换挡阶段的扭矩控制方法、装置及车辆,其中方法包括:分别确定辅控桥驱动电机的第一初始扭矩和主控桥驱动电机的第二初始扭矩;当主控桥驱动电机的控制模式为转速控制模式时,获取主控桥最小功率需求;获取用于表征电池能力的第一参数和用于表征电机能力的第二参数;根据主控桥最小功率需求、第一参数和第二参数确定辅控桥驱动电机的第一扭矩限值范围;根据第一初始扭矩和第一扭矩限值范围,得到辅控桥驱动电机的理论输出扭矩。其在确定辅控桥驱动电机的理论输出扭矩的过程中,考虑到了主控桥的功率输出、电池能力、电机能力对辅控桥驱动电机的理论输出扭矩的影响,因此可以解决换挡超时问题或整车掉高压问题。
