The invention relates to the technical field of new energy vehicle driving, in particular to a double-axle electric drive axle cooperative control method, a double-axle electric drive axle and a vehicle. When the double-axle electric drive axle is in the double-axle drive mode, the vehicle speed and the driver demand drive torque are obtained, the optimal double-axle electric drive axle torque distribution proportion is determined according to the corresponding relation between the vehicle speed and the driver demand drive torque and the optimal double-axle electric drive axle torque distribution proportion, and the double-axle electric drive axle is controlled according to the proportion; wherein the relation between the vehicle speed and the driver demand driving torque and the optimal proportion of the double-axle electric drive axle torque distribution is obtained by the following steps: constructing an electric drive axle test bed, and under the test condition of a certain vehicle speed and driver demand torque, calculating the optimal proportion of the double-axle electric drive axle torque distribution; and setting different double-bridge electric drive bridge torque distribution proportions to perform simulation iterative calculation on the constructed electric drive bridge test bench to obtain an optimal double-bridge electric drive bridge torque distribution proportion. The economical efficiency of the double-bridge electric channel bridge in the driving control process is guaranteed, and therefore the performance of the vehicle is optimized.

    本发明涉及新能源车辆驱动技术领域,具体为一种双桥电驱桥协同控制方法、双桥电驱桥及车辆。在双桥电驱桥处于双桥驱动模式下,获取车速和驾驶员需求驱动扭矩,依据车速和驾驶员需求驱动扭矩与最优双桥电驱桥扭矩分配比例之间的对应关系,确定最优双桥电驱桥扭矩分配比例,并依据该比例对双桥电驱桥进行控制;其中,车速和驾驶员需求驱动扭矩与双桥电驱桥扭矩分配最优比例之间的关系采用如下方式得到:构建电驱桥试验台架,在某一种车速和驾驶员需求扭矩的试验条件下,设置不同的双桥电驱桥扭矩分配比例对构建的电驱桥试验台架进行仿真迭代计算,得到最优双桥电驱桥扭矩分配比例。保障了双桥电渠桥在驱动控制时的经济性,从而优化了车辆的性能。
