The invention discloses a space two-dimensional rotary table eccentric gravity compensation system and a compensation method, which are used for solving the technical problems of complex operation process, higher cost, lower compensation precision and the like of the existing gravity compensation method. The space two-dimensional rotary table eccentric gravity compensation system comprises a rotating shaft, an elastic assembly and a shell which are sequentially arranged from inside to outside. The elastic assembly comprises n coil springs which are sequentially arranged on the rotating shaft in a sleeving mode and arranged side by side at equal intervals, and n is larger than or equal to 1; the free ends of the multiple coil springs are located in the same plane in the initial state. The shell is of a hollow cylindrical structure, and the shell is fixedly connected with a supporting frame of the pitch axis system; n check blocks in one-to-one correspondence with the n coil springs are arranged on the inner wall of the shell in the axial direction, the n check blocks sequentially deflect in the circumferential direction, the deflection angle between every two adjacent check blocks is alpha, and alpha * (n-1) is smaller than or equal to 90 degrees; the rotating shaft is connected with the shell through a rolling bearing, and one end is used for being connected with the end, relatively away from the load, of the pitch shaft system.

    本发明公开一种空间二维转台偏心重力补偿系统及补偿方法,用于解决现有的重力补偿方法操作过程复杂、成本较高、补偿精度较低等技术问题。本发明的空间二维转台偏心重力补偿系统包括由内至外依次设置的转轴、弹性组件及外壳;弹性组件包括依次套设在转轴上且并列等间距排布的n个卷簧,其中,n≥1;多个卷簧的自由端在初始状态下位于同一平面内;外壳为空心筒状结构,外壳与俯仰轴系的支撑架固定连接;外壳的内壁上沿轴向设有与n个卷簧一一对应的n个挡块,n个挡块沿周向依次偏转,且相邻两个挡块之间的偏转角均为α,其中,α×(n‑1)≤90°;转轴与外壳之间通过滚动轴承连接,且其中一端用于与俯仰轴系相对远离载荷的一端连接。
