The invention relates to a hoisting construction method for degassing tank equipment in a concrete frame. The method comprises the steps that the degassing tank equipment is preliminarily hoisted to the position near an equipment foundation; a temporary tool for hoisting is installed on a flange of a stirring opening in the head of degassing tank equipment, after the temporary tool is installed, a lifting hook of a main hoisting crane is located over the equipment, and a rigging is hung on a plate-type lifting lug of the temporary tool; a tail-slipping rigging is hung on the tail part of the degassing tank by the tail-slipping crane, the tail-slipping rigging is matched with the main hoisting crane, the main hoisting crane lifts a lifting hook and walks with a load, and the tail-slipping crane is responsible for delivery; starting to hoist the equipment, gradually transiting the degassing tank equipment from a horizontal state to a vertical state, and after the equipment reaches a vertical state, unhooking the tail-slipping crane, rotating the main hoisting crane and dropping a hook to mount the degassing tank equipment on a foundation. The temporary lifting lug tool is mounted at the top of the degassing tank equipment, and two cranes are matched for lifting, so that the equipment mounting efficiency is improved, the lifting risk and the lifting difficulty are reduced, and the mechanical and labor cost is reduced.

    本发明涉及一种混凝土框架内脱气槽设备吊装施工方法,将脱气槽设备初步吊装至设备基础附近;在脱气槽设备头部的搅拌口的法兰上安装吊装使用的临时工装,临时工装安装完成后主吊吊车的吊钩处于设备正上方,在临时工装的板式吊耳上挂设好索具;溜尾吊车在脱气槽尾部挂设好溜尾索具,配合主吊吊车,由主吊吊车提升吊钩并带载行走,溜尾吊车负责递送;开始设备吊装,将脱气槽设备逐渐由平卧状态过渡到垂直状态,待设备达到直立状态后,溜尾吊车摘钩,主吊吊车回转并落钩将脱气槽设备安装在基础上。本发明通过在脱气槽设备顶部安装临时吊耳工装,2台吊车配合吊装,提升了设备安装的效率、降低了吊装风险和吊装难度、降低了机械和人工成本。
