The deep-sea mining vehicle comprises a vehicle frame, a driving mechanism, a steering mechanism and two crawler walking units, the two crawler walking units are symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of the vehicle frame, and each crawler walking unit comprises a crawler support, a driving wheel, a guide wheel, a chain and a thrust wheel. The suspension mechanism is used for connecting the thrust wheel and the track support, the suspension mechanism comprises a rotating plate, the rotating plate comprises a supporting part used for being hinged to the thrust wheel and a movable part used for being connected with the track support, and the supporting part and the movable part are located at the two opposite ends away from a hinge shaft; the hydraulic shock absorber is used for connecting the rotating plate and the track bracket; the multiple sets of thrust wheels are sequentially arranged below the crawler belt support from front to back, and each set of thrust wheels are movably connected with the crawler belt support through the suspension mechanism. According to the mining vehicle, the thrust wheel assembly is optimized, so that the change of the structure is more flexible, and the phenomenon of jamming is avoided when the mining vehicle advances in all directions.

    本发明公开了一种深海采矿车,包括车架、驱动机构、转向机构及两个履带行走单元,两个履带行走单元对称布置在车架的左右两侧,履带行走单元包括履带支架、驱动轮、导向轮、链条和支重轮,还包括有用于支重轮和履带支架之间连接的悬挂机构,该悬挂机构包括:转动板,该转动板上包括用于与支重轮铰接的支撑部、及用于与履带支架相连接的活动部,支撑部和活动部位于远离铰接轴的两相对端部;用于转动板和履带支架之间连接的液压减震器;多组支重轮由前往后依次布置在履带支架下方,每组支重轮均通过所述悬挂机构与履带支架活动相连。本发明对支重轮组件进行了优化,使得结构的变化更加灵活,能够使采矿车在向各个方向行进的时候不出现卡顿的现象。
